THE ORGANIZERS

We have been busy all summer working on the 2009 edition of the John Molson MBA International Case Competition. We are, from left to right, Alex Dumesle, Catalina Zambrano, Olivier Romain and Rina Maarit Albala. We come from a variety of backgrounds, and are committed to making the 2009 Competition unique and unforgettable.

THE COMPETITION

The 28th edition of the Competition will take place at the Hilton Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Montreal from January 5 to 10, 2009. Since the first edition in 1981, the John Molson MBA International Case Competition has become the largest, oldest and most respected MBA case competition in the world.

THE 2009 THEME

The theme of the 2009 Competition is “United in a Changing World”, through which we wish to enhance participants’ awareness of the issues affecting the global community and encourage them to witness firsthand the benefits of positive collaboration.

Considering the current nutritional, environmental and economical crises that are currently affecting the world as we know it, the leaders of today and tomorrow must be sensitive to this transformation and be willing to adapt and change the traditional way of doing business. This is why we invite all competition participants to unite and embrace this changing reality. We each own our part of responsibility, and the only way to successfully achieve our goals is to all work together.2009 Organizing Team
