School Registration - Part 2
Congratulations!
Your school has been selected to be part of the 2012 competition! Now that your registration application (Step 1) has been processed and accepted, we would ask you to complete the following steps to finalize your registration.Step 2 - Send payment
- If you completed the online application form on/before September 15th, you pay: CAD$1,500
- CAD$700: non-refundable registration fee
- CAD$800 applied towards meal package, refundable until November 15th, 2011
- If you completed the online application form after September 15th, you pay: CAD$1,600
- CAD$800: non-refundable registration fee
- CAD$800 applied towards meal package, refundable until November 15th, 2011

The registration fees below covers up to 6 people. An additional cost of CAD$200 will be charged per extra person to cover meals and events.
The payment can be made manually by credit card (only Visa & Mastercard are accepted), cheque or money order. We highly encourage all participants to pay through credit cards because of the ease of processing. A credit card authorization form has been emailed to you. If you are by paying cheque or money order, please make them payable to "John Molson MBA International Case Competition".
Whether you choose to pay by credit card authorization form, cheque, or money order, the document must first be scanned and emailed to us (or faxed) by the deadline November 5th, 2011. Simply sending the document through the post is not sufficient, as we might not receive it in time.

Step 3 - Send your proof of the hotel reservation

Upon reservation in hotel, you will get a confirmation email. Please forward your proof of hotel confirmation to Tracy Toye at tracy.toye@mbacasecomp.com by November 5th, 2011.Step 4 - Send a copy of your air travel itinerary
If you are not a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, you may require a visa or some other documentation to enter Canada. If you require assistance in determining what travel documents you need, or how to go about obtaining them, feel free to contact Tracy Toye.
Once your travel arrangements have been confirmed, please send us a copy of your itinerary by fax at (514) 848-4529.

Please note that the competition will only confirm your registration upon receipt of the registration fee, and proof of your hotel reservation and your travel arrangements. All documents (scanned or faxed) must arrive to Tracy Toye by the latest November 5th, 2011.
