School Registration

Registration is now closed!

After you have completed the form, we will process your registration. Please note that completing the online registration form does not automatically guarantee a school a spot in the competition. If your school is accepted into the competition, you will be sent a confirmation email with details on how to complete the registration procedure.

Competition Costs

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are for a team of six people (each additional person costs $250)

International Schools (Excluding US & Canadian Schools)

By mid-October, there will be notification of early acceptance of up to 15 international schools.

All Schools (Including US & Canadian Schools)

International schools who applied for early acceptance but were not among the 15 selected schools will be eligible for the early bird fee and for the final selection process. The following costs are applicable to all Canadian and US schools as well:

*Note: Other fees includes access to all events, activities and certain meals.
**Note: Selected schools who are eligible for the $1,600 fee and who do not pay within 30 days of their acceptance will have their fee revert to the standard fee of $1,700.

Additional Costs:

Teams are expected to pay for their own hotel accommodations ($149 for a double occupancy room, $189 for a triple occupancy room), travel expenses (airfare and visa/immigration fees will depend on region), personal meals and other incidental costs.

No payment is required until AFTER a team's registration form has been accepted. Schools will be notified of their acceptance through a confirmation email in mid-October. No refunds will be given after November 15th, 2012. The administrative fee is not refundable. Please contact Kartik Rao for further details.
